Discover Card invests in Colonial School District
Colonial School District students are getting a financial obligation from Discover Card as part of a program to get kids mentoring help and job skills.
Assistant Superintendent Dr. Carlton Lampkins says the partnership is focused at William Penn High School. It involves the company providing help to students who may become potential employees some day.
"Down the road kids having internships and employment opportunities also scholarships. They will also be providing gift cards incentives to students who are high risk students."

Discover Card has been providing Colonial's Colwyck Elementary School with employee mentors for the past three years, and other support totaling more than 100 thousand dollars.
