New CFO for NCC

New Castle County Executive Tom Gordon has named his top money man.
Michael Coupe has been selected as the county's Chief Financial Officer.
He's worked for the county for 35 years in various accounting and budget management roles.
Coupe is a life long Delawarean who graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School, Del Tech and Wilmington College.
He lives in Claymont. Coupe will be paid roughly 129 thousand dollars.
