Delle Donne expected to play tonight against Maryland
By Don Voltz

Delaware will host 9th ranked Maryland tonight at the Bob Carpenter Center and they probably will have their All-America in the lineup for only the second time this season.

Senior Elena Delle Donne is planning on playing, even though she might not be 100 per cent.

Delle Donne has played in just one game this season, as she continues to feel the effects of Lyme Disease.

In spite of Delle Donne's absence, the Blue Hens have managed a 5-2 record, 4-2 without Elena.

Maryland comes in at 7-2, but just 3-2 on the road.

Tip-off is at 7pm and a capacity crowd at the Bob is likely.
