RG3 looking "good to go" against Eagles Sunday
Updated Saturday, December 22, 2012 - 4:20am
Washington Redskins rookie QB Robert Griffin III looks good to go for Sunday's game against Philadelphia after suffering a sprained right knee two weeks ago. Redskins coach Mike Shanahan says if there's no setback, RGIII "should be ready to go" for the Redskins, who are locked in a three-way tie with Dallas and the New York Giants atop the NFC East.
Redskins linebacker London Fletcher says they're not looking past the Eagles.
"We've never been in a position to really look down the road, look too 'big picture', so to speak--that still continues to remain the same. We know, we expect a really tough game this Sunday against the Eagles. They're as talented a football team as we'll face this year, so it's going to be a tough environment to play in, so we have to be ready for that."
