Troopers seek Ellendale sex offender

| Have you seen Christopher Abbott? | State Police are looking for a convicted sex offender they say violated state law by not re-registering with them.
Christopher Abbott's last known address is in Ellendale.
He's white, 5-7 and 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, and is also wanted on outstanding Kent County Common Pleas and Family Court warrants.
Abbott is a Tier 2, or medium-risk offender, and anyone who knows where he is can call 9-1-1, State Police or Crimestoppers.
