Carper hails Prime Hook conservation plan
Senator Carper calls the US Fish and Wildlife Service's release of a comprehensive conservation plan for Sussex County's Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge "welcome progress."
The Democrat said in a statement Friday that the plan "represents a deliberative and thoughtful strategy" for the refuge, incorporating "the best available science, community involvement and a long-term vision."
