Robber sought in Wilmington restaurant robbery
A suspect is being sought in an armed robbery at a Kirkwood Highway restaurant Sunday night.
According to police, a man walked into Hibachi Express at about 7:15, and tried to open the cash register.
An employee confronted the man at which point the robber implied he had a gun and demanded money from a clerk.
The worker turned over cash and the suspect took off.
No one was hurt.
