Camden man gets 5th DUI
A Camden man faces charges for his fifth DUI.
Police say Nelson Powell was speeding early Thursday morning at Willow Grove and Pickett Roads. When police pulled him over, they smelled alcohol and arrested Nelson.
Records show Powell has been convicted for driving under the influence four times since 1991. His most recent arrest was in 2007.
He's free on $7,000 bail.
