Serial graffiti vandal arrested in Newark
A serial vandal is charged by Newark Police.
19-year-old Felix Smith has been arrested for graffiti across the City of Newark and on the University of Delaware's campus that's resulted in more than $8,000 worth of damage.
The city says he's tagged nearly 60 locations and more than a dozen on UD's campus.
