Markell to roll out gun safety measures
We've been telling you Governor Markell plans to roll out a package of gun safety measures -- that announcement will come Monday.
Markell and Attorney General Biden will take the wraps off what they call "responsible" gun safety legislation at 10am in Wilmington.
WDEL's Amy Cherry will be there, and WDEL will carry the announcement live.
