Car thief nabbed after chase
A Wilmington teen is arrested after joy-riding in a stolen car.
The 15 year-old girl led police on a brief chase before being apprehended Thursday night.
The teen faces numerous traffic violations, and a charge of receiving stolen property.
The car was returned to its owner.
