Explosions in KentCo are just DAFB testing

If you live in Kent County and are hearing a series of explosions, don't worry, it's just a test.
The Delaware Emergency Management Agency says Dover Air Force Base is testing munitions.
Phone lines at the Kent County 911 center have been ringing off the hook with concerned citizens, saying their homes were shaking.
DEMA isn't sure when DAFB plans to stop the testing.
