Four charged in Elsmere drug ring

Three people are under arrest, a fourth being sought by police in a heroin ring smashed in Elsmere.
Police say they searched several apartments at the Fenwick Park Apartments, seizing several dozen bags of the drug.
Charged are William Johnson, Branden Tucker, Bernard McKinney and Daria Matthews, all of Elsmere.
They face a number of drug possession, dealing and paraphernalia counts.
Police say they also found a duffle bag loaded with ammunition and knives.
Three are in custody, but Johnson remains at large.
