Bidens to go abroad

| Vice President Joe Biden and Second Lady Dr. Jill Biden | The Vice President and Mrs. Biden will travel to Germany, France and the UK next month.
The White House says the Vice President will meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin and speak at the Munich Security Conference.
He'll sit down with Prime Minister David Cameron in London, among other dignitaries, and, in France, he'll get an audience with President Francois Hollande.
