Man charged w/ raping woman while sleeping at Dover hotel

A woman tells police she was sexually abused at a Dover hotel while she was sleeping.
Police have arrested John Courtney on charges of rape.
Police say Courtney sexually assaulted an acquaintance at a Dover Hotel on South DuPont Highway Saturday night during a small party.
Courtney is being held on $25,000 bail.
