Del. Education Sec. Mark Murphy announces the survey at South Dover Elementary.
Teachers get a chance to voice their opinions, concerns, or kudos regarding their working conditions.

The Delaware Department of Education has launched an anonymous online survey called "TELL Delaware," using Race to the Top money.

State Education Secretary Mark Murphy tells WDEL educators have until February 15th to take the survey with the results being finalized in March.

"So that then provides us with a really solid understanding of how our educators perceive their experiences. There are improvements and changes that can be made at the school level, at the district level, at the state level as a result of this survey implementation," explains Murphy.

The state is seeking a 50-percent response rate at each school to get the best data.
