Man w/ knife tries to rob man at bank
State Police are investigating an attempted robbery in the parking lot of the TD Bank in the Bear area Thursday.
The victim from Middletown tells police he was standing next to his car in the bank parking lot when a man with a knife demanded cash.
The victim says he pushed the attempted robber to the ground; the would-be robber got up and ran.
A woman was robbed at knifepoint while using the ATM at this same bank on East Songsmith Drive earlier this week. No word on whether the two crimes are connected.
