Dover teen killed in drive-by

A Dover teen is murdered in a drive-by shooting late Friday night.
A group of people were sitting on the steps of the Whatcoat Apartments on the 900 block of Whatcoat Dr. when a dark colored vehicle entered the complex and drove past them.
The car made a U-turn and came back around, stopping in front of the group, and opened fire.
18-year-old Imeer Waddle was shot in the head and transported to Kent General, where he died.
Another 19-year-old was shot in the arm. He was treated and released.
Dover Police are currently investigating the crime. They say there isn't a known motive behind the attack.
