AG's office secures indictments in Christmas Eve, summer murders
By Amy Cherry

Two separate murders in Wilmington last year are one step closer to being solved.

The Attorney General's office has secured two indictments.

They're charging Joshua Stephenson of Wilmington with the Christmas Eve murder of Myron Ashley. Stephenson has been held without bail since the day after the crime.

Max Turner faces charges of murder after he fired a series of bullets down 9th Street. One of those bullets fatally struck innocent bystander, Winfield Archie.

Turner is being held on more than $600,000 bail.
