Cops seek senior in Stanton purse snatch
State Police are seeking a senior as a suspect in a Stanton purse snatching.
Police say a black man between 65 and 75 years old stole a 43 year old woman's purse as she waited at a bus stop on West Newport Pike at First State Boulevard.
The woman reportedly had the purse lying on a bench but had the strap on her shoulder, when the man came up behind her and snatched it.
He took off on foot. The victim wasn't hurt.
