Downstate police seek sex offender
A 21 year old Laurel man police say is a sex offender hasn't told them where he's living as required by law.
Jerry Reed is a Tier 3 sex offender. He's black, 6'6", 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He may be in the Laurel area.
