Courthouse reopens to the public

| A sign hangs in the courthouse lobby | The New Castle County Courthouse is open again -- three days after Monday's double murder/suicide.
A banner hangs in the lobby. It reads "Thank You Capitol Police" - in honor of the two officers who were shot in the incident.
Counseling is being made available to courthouse employees... as well as members of the public, including jurors, who were inside the courthouse when the shooting took place.
