DSCC recognizes 7 programs as "Superstars in Education"
The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce shines the spotlight on seven extraordinary education programs.

Among this year's Superstars in Education are Dickinson High School's Ninth Grade Transition Academy that eases the transition from middle school to high school and a Fluency Station that promotes weekly reading at Star Hill Elementary School in Dover.
Other winners include: Dover High School's 21st Century Senator Success After School Program; Chipman Middle School's Curriculum Support/Enrichment Time program; The Gallagher Positive Action Program at Gallagher Elementary School in Christiana; Central Middle School's Master the Schedule for Academic Success; and the Preschool FRIENDS program in the Red Clay School District.
This year's winners will be recognized May 6th at a dinner at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. WDEL will be there. For more information about the event visit
