Police: Dover man shipped drugs to himself
Drugs were shipped to an accused man's house from California to himself.
Larry Feldman is being charged by Delaware State and California Police with possession of drugs.
Police recovered over four pounds and 12 grams of marijuana in a box and a freezer.
Feldman was arrested and is free on $5,500 bail.
