DNREC says the Delaware City Refinery has released several hundred pounds of hazardous chemicals into the air once again.

Their report claims the Wrangle Hill Road facility emitted more than 670 pounds of sulfur dioxide into the air.

The incident initially set off flares, but the plan is now operating normally.
