Police: Man arrested w/ crack cocaine
Wilmington Police arrested a man with crack cocaine after a foot chase.
It happened Friday morning on East 24th Street in Wilmington.
Police say they asked Keith Talley for ID, and he quickly fled on foot.
Talley was taken into custody and was allegedly found with more than two grams of crack cocaine on his persons.
Talley, a convicted felon, is behind bars at Howard Young on $10,000 bail.
