Man charged with murder in death of brother

Wilmington police have charged a man with second-degree murder in the death of his brother, who was shot during a gun battle.
26-year-old Daymon Winkler of Wilmington was arrested early Wednesday in the death of 19-year-old Raheem Winkler. He is being held on $3 million bond.
Police say in late August, the Winkler brothers and two other men were involved in a gun battle in the 2300 block of Carter Street. Raheem Winkler sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
