Loitering drug dealer now chillin' behind bars

A loitering drug dealer is now cooling his heels behind bars.
Wilmington police approached Deshawn Scott on the 300 block of North Franklin Street while he was sitting in an area with a "no loitering" sign.
When Scott began acting suspiciously and tried to flee officers took him into custody.
Police say a search showed Scott was holding 115 bags of heroin.
He is now hanging around the Young Correctional Institute, facing multiple charges.
