Police say Frederick Lyle of Elkton, Md. faces burglary and theft charges after evidence showed that he took money for a pizza fund and petty cash fund stored inside a secured cabinet in the office.
Officers responded to the school, located on the 1300 block of Little Baltimore Road, around 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, where police say they discovered evidence that linked Lyle to the theft.
Police say evidence also connected Lyle to an unreported theft from the same cabinet last October.
He's been arraigned and and released on $8,200 unsecured bond.
