Smyrna man charged with 5th DUI
Harrington police have charged a Smyrna man with his fifth DUI.
Police say officers stopped 42-year-old Matthew Fabiszak Saturday for an alleged traffic violation and officers smelled alcohol coming from inside his car.
Officers tell WBOC that Fabiszak has four previous DUI convictions. He was charged with fifth offense DUI and numerous traffic charges. He is being held on $6,900 secured bond.
