Juvenile Arrested for Selling Crack Cocaine and Heroin

Wilmington police arrest a New Castle teen on drug charges Sunday afternoon.
Officers saw the suspect ditch a bag in the unit block of E 23rd Street.
When they retrieved the bag they found 28 bags of crack and 48 bags of heroin.
The teen was found on the front porch of a nearby home and taken into custody.
