UD student targeted in strong arm robbery
Newark Police are following up on a strong arm robbery they say happened in the city Monday night.
A 21 year old UD student says she was walking on South Chapel Street with her phone in her hand when a woman coming in the other direction began running toward her and snatched her phone.
The robber tried to get her purse, too, but didn't get it.
The suspect took off running on Scholar Drive and she remains on the loose.
There was no video surveillance in the area to capture what happened.
The victim wasn't hurt.
