Delmarva working to restore power

Delmarva Power has been dealing with a number of power outages throughout the day.
As of 5 p.m., Delmarva Power was reporting about 5,400 electric customers are without service system-wide.
Only about 500 of those were in New Castle County, down from an earlier number of 2,500.
