Wilm. teen robs, punches victim outside Social Security building
Police are looking for a Wilmington teen in a New Castle strong arm robbery.
Police say the 20-year-old victim was standing outside of the Social Security Administration office on West Basin Road, when 18-year-old Antwon Moore asked him to hold a cigarette.
When the victim took the cigarette, Moore punched him in the face and stole some items from him and fled.
