Prominent Wilmington attorney slapped with sexual harassment charges

A big time Wilmington attorney is arrested on charges of sexual harassment.
55-year-old Joe Gabay is accused of offering legal services in exchange for sexual favors to at least two female victims in their thirties.
Wilmington Police say the investigation began in October of last year, when they first received a complaint against Gabay.
He was arrested Friday at his law office on the 900 block of North Market Street, and is now free on $2,000 bail.
