Teen shot in both legs in Wilmington

Wilmington Police are looking into a Saturday night shooting.
Authorities say the 17-year-old victim suffered wounds to to both legs.
When questioned by officers the victim was uncooperative, but the investigation showed the shooting happened around 11pm on the 1500 block of West 4th Street.
