Hartly woman charged with DUI after crash

A St. Patrick's Day morning crash in Hartly leads to DUI charges.
State police say Monica Tegano of Hartly lost control of her car on Halltown Road shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday.
The car left the road striking a mailbox and telephone pole before flipping several times.
Tegano was taken to Kent General for treatment of her injuries.
She was cited for DUI and other moving violations.
