Biden, Presidential delegation off to Rome

Vice President Biden is on his way to Rome for the inauguration of Pope Francis.
Biden is joined on Air Force 2 by other members of the presidential delegation.
Also going along for the ride are the VP's sister Valerie Biden Owens and his oldest granddaughter Naomi Biden.
Air Force 2 took off from Andrews Air Force Base around 9 a.m. Sunday.
