By Amy Cherry

Two international shipping firms will pay more than 10-million-dollars for polluting Delaware's waters.

The firms, based in Germany and Cyprus, plead guilty to felony obstruction of justice charges for their roles in deliberately concealing oil and other pollution from four ships that visited ports in Delaware and other states.

More than two-and-a-half million-dollars of the fine will go towards Hurricane Sandy aid.
