Police: Man arrested, shouts "bomb this place" inside NCCo Courthouse

A New Castle man faces charges of terroristic threatening after Capitol Police say he walked into the New Castle County Courthouse Thursday at 9 am and shouted "Bomb this place" in the front lobby.
Martin Brand allegedly shouted the threat after he was denied access to the courthouse because he had a cell phone with him.
He's free on $2,000 bail.
