A convicted felon is back behind bars after police find him with a stolen semiautomatic weapon.

Tieshawn Owens is prohibited from possessing a gun, but that didn't stop him from allegedly carrying a glock and 10 grams of pot on his persons when police arrested him on the 25-hundred block of Bowers Street.

He's now back behind bars awaiting arraignment on new gun and drug charges.
