Delaware coach Dave Brock, RB Andrew Pierce and WR Rob Jones discuss Friday's practice

The University of Delaware's football team participated in their first practice of spring Friday afternoon, where players described the atmosphere as "up-tempo."

It was the Blue Hens' first practice under new head coach Dave Brock, who replaced longtime coach K.C. Keeler, says the team looks to return to the playoffs this year

Delaware will host opportunities for the public to see the team prepare this spring:

The team is holding an open scrimmage at Milford High School April 20 at 2 p.m.

The Blue-White spring game is also scheduled for 1 p.m. on May 4.
