Alleged Highlands copper thief caught
By Amy Cherry

Police have caught the alleged Highlands copper thief.

Police say Reed McCready of Wilmington is accused of stealing copper from at least five residences in or near the Highlands.

He's free after posting $10,000 bail, but if you see his dark blue Ford F-250 in with red letters and boards on the side in your neighborhood, police say, you should call them.
