Donna Watson says Rudy is like a child to her and her husband, John Ohnstad.

Pet trackers have confirmed sightings of Rudy, who's been running around for 15 months.

Watson has now hired Steve Dobbie, a pet trapper from California, to try to catch him.

"He has a real passion for this, and a real knack for it," Watson said.
