Cash box for Concord HS prom stolen
By Associated Press

State Police are looking for a teenager they say ran off with a cash box containing money paid for a high school's prom tickets.

Troopers say about 1:20 p.m. Friday, staff at Concord High School in Wilmington were selling tickets to the prom in a hall outside the cafeteria.

Authorities say a 16-year-old boy grabbed the cash box and ran out of the building.
