The 89-year tradition is the oldest home and garden tour in the country.
Mike Connolly, Director of the New Castle Historical Society, says there's so much to see.
"When people walk through town, they're always kind of amazed that people are living in these old townhouses, and it's a really great opportunity to see the way that some of the old houses have been adapted for modern living and get some ideas that maybe you can take home to your own house," says Connolly.
This is the only time this year you can tour the private residences and gardens.
One ticket bought at the Courthouse Museum in the center of Old New Castle gets you into all the homes and gardens as well as the museums. The event runs from 10 am to 5 pm Saturday.
