Capitol police have charged a Dover man after he allegedly harassed and threatened a state employee.

Raymond Brokenbrough is accused of continuously calling and texting the employee after she told him to stop. Police say Brokenbrough also threatened to physically assault her.

He turned himself into custody Tuesday and has been released on $2,000 unsecured bond.

He's been ordered to have no contact with the woman.
