GM Plant Closes
Updated Tuesday, July 28, 2009 - 10:49pm
It's the end of an era in Delaware today (Tuesday).
Tuesday was the last day of production for the General Motors Boxwood Road, which is

GM spokesman John Raut says the last car to roll off the assembly line this morning
was a silver Pontiac Solstice.
More than 1100 Boxwood Road workers are losing their jobs.
GM says the workers are getting severance packages, and many have been placed
elsewhere in the company.
