An A.I. duPont Hospital pediatrician who faces attempted murder charges in Pennsylvania may soon have her license suspended.

Attorney General Beau Biden has moved to have Dr. Lauren Daly's license revoked.

Daly was suspended from her duties at Nemours in May immediately following the Memorial Day shooting.

She's being held on charges she shot her former domestic partner several times through a car windshield, narrowly missed their 11-year-old son, who was in the passenger seat.
