By Gianna Banner

Two Wilmington men were sent to Christiana Hospital, after suffering gunshot wounds early Sunday morning.

Police say they responded to a 911 call for shots fired to find a victim with a gunshot wound to his chest and buttocks. The victim was standing at the intersection of 28th and N. Claymont Street.

Police then located another victim with a gunshot wound to his ankle on the 1300 block of East 28th street.

Both victims could not provide suspect information. The investigation is ongoing.
